Intro Session

Enjoy a FREE 60 minute training session and see if CrossFit is for you. With classes running throughout the day simply pick a slot and Sign Up!

4-Week Beginner Course

Learn the core CrossFit movements in a supportive 4-week programme. Build confidence, improve technique, and get ready for regular classes.`

General Classes

Hungry for more? If you completed the Beginners’ Course then you are ready for regular CrossFit classes.
