Dec 3rd: Gunning for the Young guns
Weighted pull ups 5x5 WOD 10 Pull ups 20 Push ups 30 Sit ups 40 Squats 5 rounds Had some fun on box jumps Night before, one of our younger members Seth had jumped the the 30" box plus 6 15kg bumpers.
Thought I'd give it a go. Was one bumper short of matching Seth...but I'm after you now buddy!! (Excuse my unsporting behaviour at the end)
