So, this Saturday saw the second weekend qualifiers for the DWF Games. Tough compeition had already been laid as some of our CrossFit Regional Team CFR members were to stake a claim for the spots on the team...they had to do it because the only right any one has to a team spot is the right to qualify. This made the morning a spicy session as no one could take for granted places available.

And of course, yesterday saw the crew end the week with 6x4 deadlifts followed by a 5 rounder of:
