Everyone who wishes to take up membership must complete the RAMP induction sessions.

There is option to 'fast-track' or test out, the  option of which will be at the discretion of CFR.

The inductions will take place every weekend, Saturday and Sunday.

You must do the RAMP before starting sessions.

Once you have attended the RAMP, you are free to join sessions for the reminder of the month.
