The Grim Challenge

At present 10 of our members are set to tackle the 8 mile run.  If you are interested in entering then contact us and we will give you all the details.

CrossFit Reading bowling night.  If you haven't already then e-mail me and let me know if you and your partner are coming and if so how many games you want to play. 

Cost - £4.70 for 1 game and £8.70 for 2. 

         Location - Reading Bowl, Unit 2 Pincents Lane, Tilehurst, Reading, RG31 4UQ (just off junction 12 of the M4) 

Time - 19.30 p.m. meet in bar, 20.15 p.m. games start
