"I’ve been doing Boxercise for about 6 months now and really enjoy it,the benefits I noticed pretty much after the first 4 weeks which were, toned arms,legs and tummy, also my stamina increased, so at the gym I was doing heavier weights and working much faster. About 2 months ago I began to incorporate Cross Fit into my weekly schedule And now I’m hooked!! Its hard work but what a great feeling after that you’ve really pushed yourself. "I joined Andy’s classes about 6 months ago, I had gained weight and my clothes where tight, in fact on the verge of splitting!

I have tried the Gym and many other forms of weight loss activities with little success therefore I was sceptical as to it success. However those days have gone, I feel more confident about myself and healthier not to mention trimmer after enduring many of Andy’s workouts!

Andy is a hard task master who doesn’t take no or ‘ I can’t do this’.. for an answer, he gives you plenty of encouragement ,in turn creating a friendly, fun and warm environment, every session being different and exciting he pushes you to your limits with his many varied activities.

I never thought that lifting huge sandbags around and swinging kettle bells not forgetting the dreaded ‘Burpees’ could actually be an achievable task for me, but it is, Its given me a great sense of personal achievement, I have realised that I am stronger than I ever imagined and my stamina has improved vastly over the last few months and it is going from strength to strength. The results show too, I have lost 2 stone in weight and dropped a couple of dress sizes without having to cut out all the enjoyable things in life like wine!!!
