"I'm interested in what you do, now what?"

Simple, either fill in the contact form or give us a ring and we will book you in for your FREE group session.  If you want to bring a friend or two then please let us know.  In this session we will explain the movements that will be used in that session, run you through a mini workout and answer any questions you may have.

"What if I do the intro session and don't like it?"

Then you can walk away no questions asked and no high pressure selling techniques to bring you on board.  CrossFit Reading wants to work with people that are happy and are 100% sure that this is what they want.

"I really enjoyed the intro session and want to come on board, what now?"

From here we you can either, book on to the CrossFit group sessions and pick up the movements as we go, or if you feel you would benefit from getting a more in depth understanding of Crossfit and the exercises before moving to group sessions, then you can book on to our induction classes.  Induction classes consist of two 1 hour sessions where we will run through everything you need to know about CrossFit, our methods and the exercises.  We will cover a number of movements and will incorporate a workout in to these sessions.  If you want to bring a friend or two then just let us know.

CrossFit sessions

Full CrossFit workouts designed to make you work - hard.  Due to logistics the format of the group sessions will now incorporate exercise explanation and demonstration, workout of the day and then addressing any areas of concern highlighted in the session.

We feel this gives a more dynamic way of incorporating exercise perscription and workouts at the same time.
