CrossBox is a mixture of CrossFit and Boxercise.  This is 1 hour of high intensity exercise incorporating CrossFit methodolgy and Boxercise techniques.  You will perform many different exercises all of which are recorded for future reference.

CrossBox shreds fat, increases stamina, strength and lean mass.  All the exercises are carefully planned out to get the most from the individual.  Yes it will intense but that's what you pay for and you expect nothing less.

You will receive expert coaching from a level 3 personal trainer, boxercise instructor and registered CrossFit affiliate.
