CrossFit Reading is an affiliate of the American training system that is CrossFit. We are the only CrossFit establishment in this area and make no bones about the fact that our training methods are vastly different and more intense than the normal personal training you may have come to know.

Personal Training is an amazing way to reach your goals whether you are training for a specific competition, recovering from injury, trying to lose some excess pounds or just keep motivated.

Your initial 1hr assessment is free. The assessment includes

  • Full health check
  • Full postural analysis
  • Discuss and prioritise your goals
  • Formulate your action plan
  • Discuss nutrition and if required formulate a healthier eating regime.

Once we have carried out your health check and set out your action plan you are all set to go. 

You will see amazing results from the CrossFit methodology and due to all your results being recorded you will be able to gauge your progress.  The pure essence of CrossFit means that workouts and new ideas will always be posted on our website and new exercises will be incorporated in to your sessions.

No two workouts will be the same.  Our speciality is not specialising.  You will learn new exercises, perform lifts you may not have in the past and work harder than you ever thought you could.  That is what personal trainers should provide and you should settle for nothing less.
