Initial Program - £50 - lasts 4 weeks

Personal conditioning coaching
1hr = £45.00 per session
Train with a friend 1hr = £65 per session (£32.50 each)
Train with 2 friends = £82.50 (£27.50 each)
30 mins = £30 per session
Train with a friend (30 mins) = £40 (£20.00 each)
Train with 2 friends (30 mins) = £52.50 (£17.50 each)
Discounts for block bookings - 5-9 sessions 5% off 10+ sessions 10% off
