It's the 2nd of the 2nd Month and -2 degrees outside and some people are still procrastinating about 'getting in shape'...
...But I’m really glad to say that Team CFR members are more motivated then that. The temperature is dropping here (by that by our mdoest British standards this mean below zero), but our members passion is well above zero (check out how Jo stayed warm to get down to the box). I was just reminiscing about how this time last year, we were just getting 5-6 people over the whole eveing on a Thursday. Tonight, nearly 30 peeps turned up to rock the box.
It was just brilliant. My prose aren’t that great so I won’t labour myself trying to write what us Coaches at CFR feel when it's like this. So here are some pictures of CFR members who don't do that procrastinate thing. WOOOHOOO. Cyber Hi-5 folks.
